GeloRevoice® Lozenges
GeloRevoice® throat lozenges serve to protect the oral and pharyngeal mucosa. They are used to treat throat problems such as hoarseness, scratchy throat, irritation of the throat and a dry mucous membrane and the resulting sore throat or the dry cough.
There are many different causes of dry and irritated mucous membranes in the mouth and throat, including:
• heavy use of the voice,
• Restricted nasal breathing (e.g. due to a cold),
• dry air caused by heating or air conditioning,
• pollen allergy (hay fever),
• Smoking.

GeloRevoice® Throat Lozenges composition:
Xanthan Gum, Carbomer, Sodium Hyaluronate
Other components:
Isomalt, sodium hydrogen carbonate, xylitol, citric acid, macrogol, potassium monohydrogen phosphate, zinc stearate, silicon dioxide, sucralose and flavorings per flavor variant.

How it works:
GeloRevoice® throat lozenges when dissolved form a special Revoice Hydro-Depot® by binding moisture. This contains gel-forming ingredients such as Hyaluronic acid. The Revoice Hydro-Depot® adheres well to the mucous membrane and forms a protective film over the irritated areas. The flow of saliva is intensively stimulated by the light effervescent effect and the special composition of the minerals. This is very important to distribute the formed Revoice Hydro-Depot® evenly in the mouth and throat. The irritated areas can regenerate again. Complaints such as hoarseness, scratchy throat, coughing and dry mucous membranes and the resulting sore throat are alleviated.

Contraindications:
GeloRevoice® Throat Lozenges should not be used if there is a known allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. If you suffer from reduced saliva production, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before using GeloRevoice® throat lozenges.
Patients with rare hereditary fructose intolerance should not use GeloRevoice® Throat Lozenges because isomalt is partially converted into fructose in the body.
Please do not use GeloRevoice® Throat Lozenges at the same time as other mouth and throat products. Please do not suck the tablets lying down, e.g. when falling asleep, otherwise there is a risk of choking.

Do not use it for children under 6 years of age.

Pregnancy:
GeloRevoice® Throat Lozenges may be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

What else should be considered in certain patient groups?
Patients who are on a salt-restricted diet should note that one GeloRevoice® throat lozenge contains 3.2 mmol sodium.
GeloRevoice® throat lozenges are sugar-free and suitable for diabetics.

Side effects:
Excessive use of GeloRevoice® throat lozenges can have a laxative effect and/or cause gastrointestinal problems.
Allergic reactions or hypersensitivity reactions may occur in sensitive individuals.

Directions:
Please, slowly dissolve GeloRevoice® throat lozenges in your mouth, so that the Revoice Hydro-Depot® can fully unfold and distribute. The throat lozenges should not be chewed or swallowed whole.

How often should you take GeloRevoice® Throat Lozenges?
You can take it several times a day, e.g. every 2 - 3 hours. Up to 6 tablets can be used daily. We recommend taking it after meals.

How long can you take GeloRevoice® Throat Lozenges?
GeloRevoice® Throat Lozenges can be used over a longer period of time or for interval therapy. If your acute symptoms worsen (e.g. fever, sore throat, body aches) or do not improve within 3 days, please consult with your doctor.

Storage:
Do not use GeloRevoice® Throat Lozenges after the expiration date on the package.
Please close the aluminum tube carefully after each use.
Keep in a cool dry place not exceeding 25℃.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
